Cost:

Duration:

  • Up to 32 hours
    •  3 days – up to 3 students
    •  4 days – up to 6 students

Times:

  • As required

Course Objective:

  • To provide participants with the skills and knowledge to undertake activities related to Reach Stacker operations as defined by WHS.

Unit of Competency:

  • TLILIC3019 – Licence to Operate a Reach Stacker (Greater than 3 Tonnes Capacity)

Course Content:

  • Plan work
  • Conduct routine checks
  • Stack and unstack containers
  • Mobile loads
  • Shut down and secure reach stacker

 Assessment:

  • Theory & Practical Exam
  • Assessment to Nationally Mandated Assessment Instrument is provided as part of the course

Course Outcome:

  • Ability to apply for a High Risk Work Licence (Reach Stacker class)

Course Award:

  • Statement of Attainment

Course Prerequisites:

  • Participants must provide identification and be 18 years of age or over and deemed Competent to be signed off for their National High Risk Work Licence
  • Good English language skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to use and understand basic Maths

  • All students will need a Unique Student Identifier (USI) to receive their certificates and or cards.
